This class is specially designed for you. For your soul to be nourished and recharged. In guided hypnosis, I open a safe space for you. A space to release. A space to step in contact with your intuition. To unwind, let go and rewind. So you may dive into the transforming spheres of your subconscious mind, step in alignment with your higher self, and connect to the universal source of light and healing.

As a medium and intuitive I will share my knowledge with you so you can learn how to unlock and activate your own inner resources.

The hypnosis process is usually described as a deeply relaxing meditative state. You are always aware, awake and in control, and you will hear and remember everything that I say.
